ποΈ Motorcycle Preparation:
1. β General Mechanical Check
β’ Ensure tires have sufficient tread and correct pressure.
β’ Check brakes and replace pads if worn.
β’ Inspect chain tension, lubrication, and sprocket condition.
β’ Verify suspension setup and adjust if needed.
2. β Fluids
β’ Oil change if due.
β’ Check coolant levels; replace coolant with distilled water or distilled water and water wetter only.
β’ Top up brake fluid; consider fresh brake fluid for optimum braking performance.
3. β Safety Checks
β’ Tape up or remove mirrors and lights.
β’ Remove or securely tape license plate.
β’ Confirm no loose or damaged bodywork.
4. β Personal Adjustments
β’ Adjust clutch and brake levers to comfortable positions.
β’ Ensure controls operate smoothly (throttle, clutch, brakes).

β’ DOT/ECE approved; Snell certification recommended.
β’ Free of visible damage.
2. β Riding Suit
β’ Full-leather suit with CE-rated armour.
β’ One-piece suits preferred; two-piece suits acceptable if zipped together securely.
3. β Gloves & Boots
β’ Gauntlet-style gloves covering wrists.
β’ Motorcycle-specific boots covering ankles; track-style boots recommended.
4. β Back Protector
β’ Recommended for additional protection.

1. β Tools & Maintenance Supplies
β’ Basic toolkit (wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets).
β’ Tire pressure gauge and air pump.
β’ Chain lube and cleaner.
2. β Fuel
β’ Fill tank prior to arriving or bring extra fuel in an approved container.
3. β Hydration & Nutrition
β’ Bring plenty of water and healthy snacks.
β’ Electrolyte drinks to prevent dehydration.
4. β Comfort Items
β’ Chair, canopy or shelter.
β’ Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses.
β’ Change of clothes.

- π£οΈ We will have a sighting lap (2 laps) before the beginning of first session to familiarize everyone with the layout.
- π First time on a racetrack? Let us know as we can provide personalized on track guidance.
π Daily Itinerary
- π οΈ Track Configuration: Pre-determined prior to event
- π₯ Groups:
- π΄ Advanced
- π‘ Intermediate
- π’ Beginner
- β±οΈ Session Times:
- 15 minutes per group (3 groups)
- 20 minutes per group (2 groups)
- π Session Order:

- π Track Hours: 10:00 AM β 6:00 PM
- π΄ Lunch Break: 1:00 PM β 2:00 PM
- Lunch provided for Pre-registered riders first; gate registrations follow (an announcement will be made via π’).
- π Tire Service:
- Available throughout the dayβplease see a KSR representative.
βͺοΈ Entering and Exiting the Track
- π¦ Entering:
- Enter on the left side for normal track direction, right side for reverse track direction.
- Be ready and wait for marshal’s signal to enter.
- π Exiting:
- Clearly signal (leg or arm out) inside or past the carousel.
- Fully commit once indicated.
- Stay left, exit to the left.
π₯ Passing Rules
- π’ Beginner Group:
- Passing only on straights; no corner passing.
- π‘ Intermediate Group:
- No inside passing once rider ahead initiates turn until after apex.
- Outside passing permitted.
- π΄ Advanced group:
- Passing allowed anywhere; aggressive riding discouraged.
β οΈ Off-Track Guidelines
- π© If you leave track and lay your bike down:
- Stay alert; never turn your back to traffic.
- π Raise hand if okay, move safely away from bike.
- Do not re-enter without a π οΈ tech inspection.
- π Crash cart assistance provided.
π© Flags Explained
- Steady Yellow: Incident ahead; cautious passing allowed.
- Waved Yellow: Incident on/near track; no passing until clear.
- Debris Flag (Yellow/Red Striped): Debris present; caution between stations.
- π© Red Flag: Serious incident; raise hand, slow smoothly, stop at next marshal station.
- β« Black Flag: Issue with rider or bike; acknowledge by raising your hand, move off racing line, stop off track if mechanical, or return immediately to pits.
- π Checkered Flag: Session end; roll off throttle, clearly signal exit.
