RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT WARNING: BY SIGNING THIS YOU GIVE UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration for participating in a motorcycle track day event hosted by [Organizer Name], hereafter referred to as “The Organizer”: 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participating in motorcycle track riding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious personal injury, death, equipment damage, and property loss. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including the risk of negligence by other participants or event staff. 2. Release and Waiver I hereby waive, release, and discharge The Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and agents (collectively “The Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses, including those arising from the negligence of The Releasees, which I may suffer as a result of my participation in this event. 3. Indemnity Agreement I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Releasees from any liability or claims brought by me or any third party in connection with my participation, including legal costs. 4. Health & Safety I confirm that I am physically fit and competent to participate. I have inspected my motorcycle and gear and ensure they meet the safety standards set by the organizer. I agree to wear appropriate safety gear at all times, including an approved helmet, gloves, boots, and full-body riding suit. 5. Rules and Compliance I agree to follow all event rules and instructions, including flags, marshal signals, and designated riding groups. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the event with no refund. 6. Media Release I grant The Organizer permission to use photographs, videos, or recordings of me taken during the event for promotional and commercial purposes. ⸻ I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS WAIVER. I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES.
